We started it because the decisions that shape a data centre were being made in separate rooms, by people who never met. The land team never spoke to the leasing team. The engineer who chose the cooling never heard what the buyer asked for. We put them at one table.
We work in India and across the Gulf: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain. The services are the same in both; what changes is who grants approvals, how power is secured and which compliance rules apply. Where regulation requires a local entity, we partner with locally licensed engineering firms, law firms and sponsors.
